Collection Responsibilities

Client & Team Coordination

 Good communication and follow-up skills.

 Comfortable making regular client calls and visiting clients when required.

 Positive working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, Google Drive, email and basic computer applications.

 Accurate and systematic in data entry.

 Reliable, punctual and responsible.

 Comfortable handling collection-related responsibilities.

 Willing to travel locally for client visits/collections.

 Should be able to follow processes and instructions carefully.

 Prior experience in back office, banking, insurance, financial services, collections or customer service will be preferred.
