We’re Hiring | Client Relationship Manager !

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team and manage strong, long-term client relationships in a consulting environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, relationship management, or CRM , with prior experience in the banking/financial services sector preferred .

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain robust, transparent communication.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and expectations to provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and timely resolution of client concerns.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Work closely with leadership to renew, extend, and expand client mandates.
- Maintain regular client feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure confidentiality and data integrity across all client interactions.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.

Candidate Profile




- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 1–3 years in Client Servicing / CRM / Relationship Management
- Preferred Background: Banking / Financial Services
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Personality: Client-first, detail-oriented, proactive and solution-driven
