We’re looking for a Client Servicing - Producer who knows how to take a production from brief to final delivery.

What you’ll be handling:

- Understand the client brief, requirements, timelines and budget.
- Plan the shoot end-to-end and coordinate with the required teams and vendors.
- Manage crew, artists, makeup, locations, cameras, equipment, props and other production requirements.
- Source and coordinate with vendors and ensure everything is booked and aligned within the budget.
- Keep a check on all pre-shoot requirements and make sure the production is ready to go.
- Coordinate with the client and internal teams throughout the shoot.
- Manage post-production with editors, track feedback and timelines, and ensure the final content is delivered to the client.

What we’re looking for: Someone who is organised, quick on their feet, positive with people and can handle the chaos that comes with production while keeping the client happy.

Experience: 1 - 2 years in production / client servicing in production

Location: Mumbai | On-site
