₹We’re Hiring | Client Servicing Manager — Oye Creators

Can you understand a client’s business, build strong relationships, and take ownership of campaigns from brief to completion? We’d like to meet you.

At Oye Creators, we’re looking for someone with strong business acumen, client relationship management skills, and the ability to manage accounts independently.

What you’ll own:

- Understand client objectives and translate briefs into actionable campaign plans.
- Manage day-to-day client communication, expectations, feedback, and escalations.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, creators, and finance to deliver commitments.
- Track campaign timelines, budgets, approvals, deliverables, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth.
- Anticipate issues, solve problems, and follow through until closure.

What we’re looking for:

- Experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in influencer marketing, advertising, or digital media.
- Commercial understanding of budgets, profitability, and client value.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.




- Ability to manage multiple accounts with accountability and attention to detail.
- Someone who takes initiative and keeps work moving without constant follow-ups.

1. ₹2–3 LPA: At least 2 years of client servicing experience in a reputed advertising agency.
2. ₹3–4 LPA: 3–4 years of client servicing experience.
3. ₹4–5 LPA: A combination of corporate and advertising experience, including a minimum of 3.5 years in advertising.

B. Rate your English proficiency on a scale of 1–10.

Consider both written and spoken communication.

1 = Beginner | 10 = Excellent

C. How many years of core advertising experience do you have?

Mention your experience in years and months, specifically within advertising agencies.
