Job Summary

Gokul Kripa Group is looking for experienced and responsible Civil Supervisors to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our real estate project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site work, manpower, materials, quality and timely execution as per approved drawings and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Supervise and manage labour, contractors and subcontractors at site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality of civil work and ensure required standards are maintained.
- Check measurements and maintain proper site records.
- Monitor material requirements and minimize material wastage.
- Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Project Managers, contractors and other site teams.
- Identify and report site issues, delays and quality concerns to the senior team.




- Ensure proper use of construction materials, tools and equipment.
- Maintain daily progress reports and other site-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and company procedures.

Requirements
- Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction or real estate projects.
- Valuable knowledge of construction activities and site execution.
- Ability to handle labour and contractors effectively.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, measurements and basic estimation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and site management abilities.
- Responsible, disciplined and target-oriented approach.
