Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day industrial civil construction activities at site.

- Manage and coordinate contractors, labour, and subcontractors.

- Ensure work is executed as per approved structural/architectural drawings and specifications.

- Monitor RCC, foundations, flooring, masonry, structural and other industrial civil works.

- Check quality, workmanship, dimensions, levels, and line/plumb.

- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project management teams.

- Maintain daily progress reports, material records, and site measurements.

- Ensure safety practices and proper housekeeping at site.

- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

- Monitor work progress as per project schedule.

Candidate Requirements

- ITI / Diploma / B.E.



Civil preferred.

- 4–8 years of relevant experience in industrial civil construction.

- Candidates must have industrial project/site experience.

- Good knowledge of RCC, foundations, flooring, structural works and general industrial construction.

- Ability to independently supervise site activities and manpower.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

- Candidates from Ahmedabd, Gujarat will be preferred.

- Willingness to work at industrial project sites in Gujarat.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
