Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering; M.Tech Structural Engineering preferred.

Role Purpose

Lead civil and structural engineering activities for ISP projects, ensuring safe, economical, constructible and technically compliant designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead civil and structural engineering for plant buildings and infrastructure.
- Review foundation and structural calculations.
- Review equipment foundations, RCC structures and steel structures.
- Coordinate geotechnical investigation and foundation design.
- Review roads, drainage and utility infrastructure.
- Conduct design reviews and constructability reviews.
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, process and piping disciplines.
- Review consultant and EPC contractor submissions.
- Resolve site engineering and design issues.
- Support BOQ, estimation and technical tender evaluation.




- Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes and project specifications.

The ideal candidates should have:
- 15 - 25 years of total professional experience.
- Strong experience in steel, metals, heavy engineering, EPC or large industrial projects.
- Experience in greenfield/brownfield projects will be preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing large multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong EPC contractor and technology supplier management experience.
- Experience in commissioning and plant ramp-up is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of industrial HSE requirements.
- Willingness to work from Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and travel to project sites as required.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects within schedule, budget and quality requirements.
