Civil / Finishing Site Engineer
- Supervise and execute civil, faade, cladding, glazing, tiles, flooring, interior, reinforcement, and painting works.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage surface preparation, primer/paint systems, DFT measurement, putty, and coating works.
- Check material consumption, manpower, productivity, and work progress.
- Conduct quality inspections, snag identification, and rectification.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and finishing drawings.
- Coordinate with client, consultant, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Prepare daily progress reports and monitor project schedules.
- Ensure work-at-height and site safety compliance.
- Support final inspection, snag closure, and handover.
