Role & responsibilities

- Report daily to the construction site and supervise ongoing civil works

- Read, interpret, and prepare drawings using AutoCAD

- Coordinate with contractors, labour, and project managers for smooth execution of work

- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards

- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship on site

- Track project progress and report deviations or delays

- Supervise residential building and multi-storey building construction from foundation to finishing stages

- Assist in quantity estimation, measurement, and billing as required

- Maintain daily site reports, logs, and documentation

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering





- 3-6 years of relevant site experience (mid-level)

- Proficiency in AutoCAD must be able to read, edit, and create drawings independently

- Hands-on experience supervising residential and multi-storey building projects

- Good understanding of civil construction methods, RCC work, and site safety practices

- Strong communication and team coordination skills

- Willingness to work full-time on-site
