Civil Site Supervisor – Full Time

We are looking for a responsible person to work as a Civil Site Supervisor for our Civil Construction and Maintenance Works.

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction and maintenance works at the site.
- Coordinate and manage masons, workers and other site personnel.
- Ensure that the work is carried out properly and as per the instructions given by the management.




- Monitor daily work progress and provide updates to the management.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers and suppliers whenever required.
- Ensure proper use of materials and minimize unnecessary wastage.
- Maintain site discipline, safety and cleanliness.
- Coordinate and assist in resolving day-to-day site issues.
- Follow up on the work and ensure that assigned tasks are completed on time.

Requirements

- Freshers can also apply. Candidates with previous experience in Civil Construction / Maintenance will be preferred.
- Should be able to supervise and manage masons and workers.
- Should be responsible, punctual and willing to follow management instructions.
- Must be willing to work full-time at construction sites during the day shift.
- Good communication and coordination skills are preferred.
- Candidates with relevant site experience will be given preference.

Salary & Employment Salary: ₹20,000 per month
