Job Title: Part-Time Civil Engineering Tutor (Online)

Reports to: CEO

Role Overview

Deliver online training to students in structural analysis, AutoCAD, and construction planning. Sessions will be live, interactive, and practical in nature.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver structured modules covering structural analysis, AutoCAD, and construction planning
- Conduct live online classes (evening/weekend slots suited to working professionals)
- Create practical assignments, case studies, and design exercises
- Assess learner progress and provide feedback
- Support curriculum refinement based on learner feedback

Required Skills

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent




- Hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and structural analysis software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or similar)
- 2+ years of practical field or design experience in construction planning
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience (preferred, not mandatory)
- Robust communication skills for adult learners

Preferred

- Experience training working professionals or students
- Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms)
