Job Summary The Civil Labour is responsible for assisting in construction, repair, maintenance, renovation, and general civil works within the building or project site. The role supports skilled workers and supervisors in completing civil work safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist masons and skilled workers in daily civil construction and maintenance activities.
- Carry and arrange construction materials such as cement, sand, bricks, blocks, and other materials.
- Assist in plastering, brickwork, concrete work, flooring, and masonry activities.
- Perform minor repair and maintenance work as instructed by the supervisor.
- Assist with wall preparation, painting preparation, and surface cleaning.
- Support tile installation, removal, and basic flooring work.
- Assist in digging, filling, leveling, and other site preparation activities.
- Clean and maintain the work area before and after completing work.
- Load, unload, and safely store construction and maintenance materials.
- Assist skilled workers with tools and equipment as required.
- Follow instructions given by the Civil Supervisor or Facility Management Supervisor.
- Report damaged structures, cracks, leaks, or other civil issues to the supervisor.




- Follow all safety rules and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain proper care of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Support emergency repair and maintenance activities when required.
- Perform other civil-related duties assigned by management.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in civil construction, building maintenance, facility management, or related work preferred. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
