Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and technically capable Civil Engineer to handle site supervision, estimation, billing, measurements, tender documentation and coordination with departments/clients for civil and sewerage-related works.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day civil/water and sewerage works at project sites.
- Take site measurements and prepare MB (Measurement Book) and measurement sheets.
- Prepare estimates, BOQ, rate analysis and quantity calculations.
- Prepare and check contractor running bills and final bills.
- Coordinate with DJB officials, site staff, contractors and labour.
- Monitor quality, progress and completion of work as per specifications.
- Prepare work-related documents, reports and site records.
- Assist in tender preparation, tender submission and technical documentation.
- Study NITs/tender documents and identify eligibility and technical requirements.
- Maintain records of work orders, measurements, bills,



approvals and correspondence.
- Visit multiple sites when required and report progress to management.
- Identify additional/extra items and prepare supporting measurements and estimates.
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of bills and project documentation.

Skills Required:

- Good knowledge of Civil Engineering, estimation and billing.
- Knowledge of DJB works/sewerage works will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Word.
- Ability to prepare BOQ, rate analysis and measurements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites in Delhi NCR.
- Ability to independently handle assigned work and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate: A candidate who wants to work long-term with the company and gradually take responsibility for estimation, billing, site management and tender-related activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
