1. Job Summary

MS Plus Architects is seeking a Civil Engineer to support the technical execution of its architecture, urban design, and landscape architecture portfolio. The role sits at the interface between design intent and engineering feasibility — covering infrastructure DPRs, road and junction redesign, lakefront and hydraulic works, and industrial civil works.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review civil engineering drawings, structural coordination sets, and detailed project reports (DPRs) for urban infrastructure assignments

- Carry out quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation for road, footpath, junction, and public realm projects

- Coordinate bathymetric surveys, desilting, and dredging methodology for lake and waterbody rejuvenation projects

- Support design and engineering inputs for industrial/EPC-scale projects, including site grading, utilities, and civil infrastructure coordination

- Liaise with government engineering departments (e.g., Corporation Engineering Wings, Bus Route Roads Department, State Nodal Agencies) on technical submissions, approvals, and site queries

- Conduct site supervision and quality checks during construction/execution stages

- Prepare technical sections of tender documents, EOIs, and empanelment submissions

- Coordinate with structural, MEP,



and geotechnical consultants as required

- Ensure compliance with relevant IS codes, municipal bye-laws, and statutory clearances

1. Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university

- 2–6 years of relevant experience, preferably including infrastructure, urban development, or industrial projects

- Working knowledge of road geometrics, drainage design, and site grading

- Familiarity with DPR structuring and government tendering/approval processes

1. Preferred Skills

- Understanding of EPC/industrial project civil scope (site development, utilities, plant civil works)

- Ability to read and coordinate with architectural and urban design drawings

1. Software & Tools

- AutoCAD (mandatory)

- STAAD.Pro or equivalent structural analysis tool (preferred)

- MS Excel — quantity estimation and BOQ

- Working knowledge of GIS or survey data handling (preferred, not mandatory)

1. Other Requirements

- Willingness to travel to project sites for supervision and surveys

- Comfortable working in a small, multidisciplinary firm workplace with direct client and agency interface

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
