Roles and Responsibilities:

Cozy Essence Builders is seeking an experienced Site Engineer with at least 6 months-1 year of experience in construction and real estate. The ideal candidate will have strong planning, execution, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, design, develop, and manage construction projects, including building repairs and recent developments.

- Oversee the execution of structural, civil, and interior works, ensuring quality standards are met.

- Prepare designs, estimates, and cost analyses for civil and steel structural works.

- Specialize in foundation analysis and ensure compliance with quality norms and safety standards.

- Oversee material selection and procurement, negotiating prices for cost-effective solutions.

- Manage and monitor contract design documents from clients or architects.

- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, and quantity surveyors to ensure smooth project execution.





- Supervise private projects, including layout and development of low-rise residential buildings.

- Execute finishing requirements such as flooring, painting, and fixture installations.

- Advise and coordinate with clients on flooring, ceilings, and building elevations.

- Strong planning capabilities and a solid understanding of building structures.

- Ability to interpret sharp drawings and make informed decisions based on analysis.

- Proficient in data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Willingness to travel as required by the job.

- Project management skills are a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
