Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Cinema Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the cinema. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth theatre operations, excellent customer experience, team management, safety standards, and achievement of operational and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the cinema.

- Supervise front office, ticketing, F&B;, housekeeping, security, and theatre staff.
- Ensure smooth movie screenings, show schedules, ticketing, and customer flow.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, expenses, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with distributors, vendors, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, ambience, and overall presentation of the cinema.
- Monitor cinema equipment, facilities, and maintenance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, security, legal, and operational standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and share performance updates with management.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance,



training, and performance.
- Control operational costs and minimize wastage and losses.

- Support promotional activities, events, special screenings, and corporate bookings.

- Handle emergency situations and ensure proper implementation of safety procedures.

Required Skills - Strong leadership and team-management skills.

- Positive knowledge of cinema/entertainment operations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and operational reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of sales, revenue, and cost control.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications Education: Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Operations, Hospitality, or Management will be an advantage.
