We’re Looking for a Founding CTO | Rezolo

We’re building Rezolo, an AI-native customer support platform focused on helping support teams automate repetitive work while keeping customer context at the centre.

We’re at an early stage and are now looking for someone who wants to build with us from the ground up.

This is not a conventional salaried CTO role.

What you’ll be doing

Own the technology and product engineering roadmap

Lead architecture, development and deployment of Rezolo

Work closely with the founders on product decisions and customer requirements

Build and improve AI-powered support workflows

Help take the product from early customers to a scalable platform

Eventually build and lead the engineering team

Compensation -

We want to be completely transparent about this upfront.

As an early-stage startup, we are currently not in a position to offer a fixed salary from day one.

The initial arrangement will be success-based.

Once Rezolo successfully onboards a customer and revenue is generated, an agreed percentage of the revenue from that customer will be allocated towards your compensation.

As the business reaches defined revenue/customer milestones,



we intend to transition this into a more structured compensation model, with the longer-term opportunity to participate meaningfully in the company as part of the founding team.

The exact percentage, milestones and structure will be discussed and mutually agreed before we start.

Who we’re looking for

Someone who

Is comfortable building in an early-stage environment

Can own technology end-to-end

Has strong hands-on development experience

Understands SaaS architecture and cloud deployment

Is interested in AI/automation

Thinks beyond writing code and wants to shape the product

Is willing to take ownership and build something from the ground up

If you're looking for a traditional salaried CTO position right now, this probably isn't the right prospect.
