Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take complete ownership of junior college operations across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The candidate will be responsible for driving academic performance, admissions, administration, operational efficiency, SOP implementation, P&L; performance and overall business growth across multiple campuses.

The ideal candidate must have solid and proven experience in the IIT-JEE / NEET junior college ecosystem, with prior experience managing multi-campus academic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own everything AP and Telangana all junior college operations end-to-end.
- Drive overall operational performance across all campuses in AP and Telangana.
- Oversee complete operations academics, administration, and admissions.
- Ensure academic delivery and results with clear JEE/NEET focus.
- Drive admissions targets across all campuses and monitor conversion performance.
- Standardize systems, processes, and reporting across all locations.
- Manage and align principals, faculty, and operations teams towards organizational goals.
- Ensure smooth functioning of academics, administration, and support teams.
- Monitor admissions, conversions, and revenue targets across all locations.




- Implement SOPs and ensure compliance across departments.
- Oversee infrastructure, transport, hostel, and facility management.
- Ensure implementation of academic initiatives — IIT/NEET foundation, bridge courses.
- Track performance metrics and improve efficiency across all departments.
- Align with marketing and digital teams for lead generation and quality improvement.
- Coordinate with central teams for all strategic and operational decisions.

Required Skills:

- Experience in IIT-JEE / NEET college ecosystem — essential, non-negotiable.
- Prior role in multi-campus academic operations.
- Strong academic delivery and results orientation (JEE/NEET focus).
- Experience driving admissions targets across multiple campuses.
- SOP creation, standardization, and compliance across departments.
- P&L; accountability for a multi-campus division.
- Leadership of principals, faculty, and large operational teams.
- Infrastructure, transport, hostel, and facility management experience.

Qualification:

- B.Tech / MBA / PGDM (Operations / Strategy).
- Preferred from IITs, IIMs, Xaviers, or premier B-Schools.
