The vision is to build a unified business operating platform that helps organizations manage their customers, employees, workflows, operations and business processes from one system. The Founder & CEO is primarily focused on product development, technology, SaaS architecture and building the product.

The purpose of this role is to bring a strong business, operations and commercial leader into the founding team who can help turn the product into a properly structured and scalable company.

RolePosition: Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Co-Founder & COO will work directly with the Founder & CEO and take ownership of the business and operational side of Rexon.

This person will play a major role in establishing how Rexon operates as a company, developing business processes, coordinating professional advisors, supporting incorporation and compliance, developing partnerships, building the team and helping establish Rexon's commercial strategy.

This is a high-ownership founding role intended for someone who wants to build a company from the ground up rather than simply take a job.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness &

• Strategy

- Work closely with the Founder & • CEO on company strategy and execution.

- Help develop Rexon's business model and commercial strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify business opportunities and potential markets.
- Convert strategic objectives into actionable execution plans.
- Track important business goals, milestones and KPIs.

Company Formation & • Administration
- Coordinate company incorporation and related processes with CA, CS and legal professionals.
- Coordinate MCA, ROC, GST and other statutory/compliance-related requirements with appropriate professionals.
- Maintain important corporate documentation and records.
- Help establish internal policies and operating procedures.
- Coordinate contracts and business documentation with legal professionals.
- Ensure important administrative matters are followed through to completion.

Finance & • Business Administration
- Assist with budgeting, financial planning and business administration.
- Coordinate with accountants, CAs and financial advisors.
- Help establish financial processes and reporting systems.
- Track business expenses and operational requirements.
- Support future fundraising and investor-readiness activities.

Operations
- Build and improve Rexon's internal operating processes.
- Establish systems for efficient day-to-day company operations.
- Manage vendors, external professionals and service providers.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities as the company grows.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and develop solutions.

Business Development & • Sales
- Identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Develop strategic partnerships.
- Support customer acquisition and early sales activities.
- Participate in business meetings,



product demonstrations and negotiations where required.
- Build relationships with potential customers, partners and stakeholders.
- Help establish Rexon's initial sales and business-development processes.

Team & • People
- Help recruit and build the early Rexon team.
- Establish hiring and onboarding processes.
- Help define roles, responsibilities and organizational structures.
- Support team coordination and performance.
- Help build a strong company culture.

Founder Collaboration
- Work closely with the Founder & • CEO on major strategic decisions.

- Complement the founder's technology/product expertise with business and operational leadership.
- Take ownership of business problems and independently find practical solutions.
- Help bridge the gap between product development and commercial execution.

- Must be 18 years or older.

- Willingness to work closely with the Founder & • CEO as part of the founding team.
