Key Responsibilities

● Product Strategy: Strategic ownership of LéRecueil’s physical product line: the Black Access Card, member signature souvenir, welcome kit, custom event pieces, and future tangible artifacts/products.

● Design & Development: Lead design and development of current products end-to-end, from concept through material sourcing to final production spec.

● Custom Event Pieces: Own the design and fabrication pipeline for bespoke, one-off objects built for individual events (e.g., a custom dining base or centerpiece), coordinating with CXO on event-specific requirements.

● Manufacturing & Vendor Relationships: Build and manage relationships with manufacturers, artisans, and fabrication partners to maintain quality and consistency at scale.

● Team & Department Build:



Establish and grow a product design function as LéRecueil’s catalog of member artifacts expands.

Day-to-Day Focus:

● Direct oversight of product roadmap, prioritization and design reviews.

● Managing manufacturing timelines, quality control and vendor relationships.

● Coordinating with CCD on brand consistency and CXO on event-linked product needs.

Compensation & Perks:

● ESOPs: 0.4% - 0.7%

● Initial Phase (Remote/ Calcutta House): Deferred salary of ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 / month for the first 3–6 months.

● Post-Relocation (London House): Gross salary of £3,300 – £3,600 / month.

Requirements:

● Portfolio: A track record of designing and bringing physical products; ideally in luxury goods, packaging or bespoke fabrication, showing concept-to-production examples.

● Tools/Software: 3D CAD/product design software (Rhino, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360),

material/rendering tools (KeyShot), familiarity with manufacturing/prototyping workflows.
