nJob Overview :

nWe are looking for an experienced Trade Operations professional with solid experience in the Capital Markets domain and team management.

nKey Responsibilities:

n

- Manage day-to-day trade and business operations.
n
- Ensure smooth production support and timely resolution of operational issues.
n
- Handle internal, external and regulatory audits, including SEBI inspections.
n
- Conduct mock drills and operational readiness activities.
n
- Review and maintain operational documents, checklists and manuals.
n
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), review defects and provide UAT sign-off.
n
- Review business requirements, functional specifications and impact analysis.
n
- Prepare and review test scenarios and test cases.
n
- Drive process improvements and identify gaps in existing processes.
n
- Coordinate with Business, Technology, Testing and Operations teams.
n
- Manage communication with external stakeholders such as Exchanges, Clearing Corporations, Regulators, Banks and Depositories.
n
- Manage and develop team members,



including skill development and job rotation.
n

nKey Requirements:

n

n
- 15–18 years of relevant experience.
n
- Mandatory experience in Capital Markets / Financial Markets.
n
- Strong understanding of Trading Operations.
n
- Experience across products such as:
n
- Equity
n
- Equity Derivatives
n
- Currency Derivatives
n
- Commodity Derivatives
n
- Good understanding of Exchange functions, Securities Market and Risk Management.
n
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
n
- Experience in UAT, testing and business operations.
n
- Strong team management and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
n
- Good documentation and MS Office skills.
n
- Candidates should be currently working with a stable career history.
n
- Candidates with frequent job changes or long career gaps will not be considered.

nEducation: B.Tech / BE / MCA / MBA / CA or relevant graduation.
