We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience for the position of Chief Manager – Accounts, with strong exposure to Regulatory Compliance and Taxation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor RBI compliances, regulatory reporting and returns applicable to NBFCs.
- Track RBI circulars and regulatory guidelines and ensure timely implementation of changes.
- Handle applicable SEBI compliances, particularly relating to listed debt securities.
- Manage/review Direct Tax, TDS and GST compliances, including returns, reconciliations, assessments and regulatory notices.
- Coordinate with RBI/other regulators, statutory auditors, tax consultants,



lenders and rating agencies.
- Support regulatory and taxation matters and prepare reports for Senior Management, Audit Committee and Board.
- Ensure timely and accurate regulatory and tax reporting as per applicable requirements.

Candidate Profile
- Qualified CA with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in NBFC/BFSI will be preferred.
- Solid understanding of RBI compliances and regulatory reporting.
- Exposure to SEBI regulations, GST, TDS and Direct Taxation will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication and regulatory interpretation skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
