Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at EDIO_INDIA is a full time, on-site role based in Karur, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving organizational efficiency. The COO will manage operational processes across product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and service delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. This role includes leading cross-functional teams, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives for quality, cost, and turnaround time.

The COO will collaborate with the leadership team on strategic planning, financial oversight, and resource allocation,



while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The position also involves mentoring managers, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation, and supporting scalable growth in the repair-tech hardware market.

Qualifications

- Strong business planning and strategic management skills, with experience in setting and executing long-term organizational roadmaps.

- Experience with scaling operations in a growth-stage company, including implementing systems and frameworks for expansion.
