- Has led a full Finance function, ideally at a company with 750–1,000+ crore revenue
- Hands-on ERP implementation experience (essential)
- Cross-border M&A;/JV experience (key)
- Manufacturing background required; power/T&D; sector experience preferred
- Promoter-led company experience is a plus
