What We're Looking For 10+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, with strong exposure to one or more of: ✅ Industrial IoT / IoT Hardware ✅ Enterprise SaaS ✅ AI Solutions ✅ Cloud & Connectivity ✅ Industrial Automation ✅ Smart Infrastructure ✅ Water Technology / Energy Technology You should have demonstrated experience in:
- Building and scaling a sales organisation from scratch - Hiring,



mentoring and leading high-performing sales teams - Selling complex enterprise technology solutions - Managing large enterprise and government accounts - Owning revenue targets and commercial P&L; - Building predictable pipelines and forecasting systems - Developing strategic partnerships and channel ecosystems - Implementing scalable CRM/ERP-driven sales processes ?
