Are you an experienced educator, counsellor or academician who believes that one right career conversation can change a student’s life?

My Career My Choice (MCMC) is looking for an experienced and well-connected Chief Counsellor & Podcast Host to lead our Navi Mumbai branch.

This is not just a counselling role. You will become the face of MCMC in the local community , guiding students and parents while also creating meaningful conversations with educators, professionals, entrepreneurs and inspiring personalities through our podcast platform.

? WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are particularly looking for candidates who have:

✅ 15+ years of professional experience

✅ Fluent Marathi speaking ability — Mandatory

✅ Graduate mandatory; Master’s preferred

✅ Prior experience as a School Teacher / Senior Educator / Professor / Retired Professor is highly preferred

✅ Strong understanding of students, parents and the education ecosystem

✅ Excellent counselling, mentoring and communication skills

✅ Strong local network and professional connections in Navi Mumbai/Maharashtra

✅ Excellent communication skills in Marathi and English

✅ Basic knowledge of digital platforms, CRM and online communication

✅ Willingness to undergo MCMC training & certification

✅ Commitment to follow the MCMC Code of Ethics

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Student & Parent Counselling

- Conduct structured career counselling sessions
- Understand students’ aspirations, strengths, interests and challenges
- Review psychometric/assessment reports




- Guide students and parents towards informed career decisions

Branch Leadership

- Maintain MCMC’s counselling quality and standards
- Mentor and guide support staff
- Ensure a professional and student-first counselling environment
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, educators and the local community

?️ MCMC Podcast Host

- Host 4 MCMC YouTube podcasts every month , primarily in Marathi
- Identify and coordinate with 4 relevant podcast guests every month
- Build relationships with educators, academicians, professionals, entrepreneurs, achievers and community leaders
- Work closely with the MCMC Media & Marketing Team
- Represent MCMC’s voice, values and mission in the local community

⭐ STRONG PREFERENCE

Candidates with experience as

School Teacher | Principal | Professor | Retired Professor | Academic Leader | Senior Counsellor | Education Skilled will be strongly preferred.

An established network among schools, colleges, teachers, parents, professionals and community leaders in Navi Mumbai will be a significant advantage.
