Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chemistry Faculty member to teach Chemistry in accordance with the ICSE curriculum. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, concept-based lessons, conduct laboratory activities, assess student progress, and prepare students effectively for ICSE examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver Chemistry lessons aligned with the ICSE curriculum and prescribed syllabus.
- Explain complex Chemistry concepts through practical examples, demonstrations, experiments, and interactive teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers, and other instructional materials.
- Conduct and supervise Chemistry laboratory practicals while ensuring compliance with all safety procedures.
- Prepare students for ICSE examinations through regular assessments, revision sessions, and examination-oriented practice.
- Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support and guidance.
- Foster scientific thinking, curiosity, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities among students.




- Integrate smart-class facilities, digital resources, presentations, and other technology-enabled teaching tools into classroom instruction where appropriate.

Educational Qualifications

- M.Sc. in Chemistry or B.Sc. in Chemistry or a relevant specialization.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Prior experience teaching the ICSE curriculum will be an advantage.

Required Skills and Competencies

- Robust subject knowledge and a sound understanding of the ICSE curriculum.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly, simply, and engagingly.
- Proficiency in conducting and managing laboratory practicals.
- Strong assessment, feedback, and student-support skills.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and technology-enabled learning.
- A genuine passion for teaching and supporting student development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
