BASU Classes is looking for an experienced and passionate Chemistry Faculty to join our academic team and mentor students preparing for JEE Advanced and top IITs.

We are looking for an educator with strong command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to mentor high-performing students.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach JEE Advanced Chemistry with strong conceptual depth and clarity.
- Cover Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry at an advanced level.
- Develop JEE Advanced-level DPPs, worksheets, assignments, study material, and test papers.
- Conduct high-level problem-solving sessions involving multi-concept and challenging questions.
- Analyse previous years' JEE Advanced papers and incorporate relevant trends and question patterns into teaching.
- Prepare students for JEE Advanced, Olympiads, IOQ, and other competitive examinations.
- Conduct regular revision, doubt-solving, and performance-analysis sessions.
- Provide individual mentoring and personalised improvement plans for students.
- Track student performance and share meaningful academic feedback with the management.




- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve curriculum, content quality, and student outcomes.

Requirements

- 3+ years of dedicated JEE Advanced teaching experience.
- Strong command of Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
- Proven ability to teach and mentor students targeting top IITs and high JEE Advanced ranks.
- Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts using multiple approaches and problem-solving strategies.
- Solid expertise in advanced-level problem solving.
- Ability to create original, high-quality JEE Advanced questions and study material.

Preferred Profile

- Experience with reputed IIT-JEE coaching institutes.
- Candidates based in or around NCR preferred.
- Experience mentoring high-performing and rank-oriented students.
- Exposure to Olympiad / IOQ / KVPY-level preparation will be an advantage.
- Passion for academic excellence, mentoring, and continuous learning.
