Role & responsibilities

- Support daily Quality Assurance (QA) and In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities on the shop floor.

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and cGMP guidelines.

- Understand batch manufacturing requirements and coordinate for compliant documentation solutions.

- Support internal audits, batch sampling.

- Identify potential quality risks or deviations and contribute towards maintaining zero-defect audit readiness.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry

- 01 year of experience (Freshers welcome) in Quality Assurance

- Solid understanding of basic chemical concepts,

- Good written and verbal communication, detail orientation, and basic MS Office skills.

- Willingness to work in manufacturing plant environments and rotational shifts.

- Quality-oriented with a strong focus on compliance, accuracy, and continuous learning.
