Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead multi-year strategy development, establish strategic objectives, and translate executive goals into detailed departmental roadmaps.
- Corporate Development & M&A;: Identify strategic partnership opportunities, joint ventures, and acquisition targets; lead due diligence and post-merger integration.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence: Evaluate industry trends, macroeconomic shifts, regulatory impacts, and competitive threats to maintain market leadership.
- Performance Metrics & Governance: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure strategic initiatives and reallocate resources as business needs evolve.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with C-suite executives (CFO, COO, CMO) to ensure departmental targets directly support corporate strategy.
- Organizational Transformation:



Sponsor enterprise change management programs, restructuring efforts, and expansion into new geographical or product markets.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or Master’s in Strategic Management preferred.
- Experience: 12+ years of executive leadership in corporate strategy, management consulting, or corporate development.
- Track Record: Proven history of leading large-scale organizational transformations, strategic partnerships, or successful M&A; deals.
