Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of the Accounts & Finance Department and manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

- Oversee the complete accounting cycle, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, payables, receivables, expenses, cash/bank transactions, and financial reporting.

- Coordinate closely with the Accounts Manager, Finance Manager, and other accounts team members to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.

- Review and monitor the work of the accounts team and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.

- Handle GST, TDS, income tax, statutory compliances, audits, and other regulatory requirements.

- Monitor and verify financial transactions related to the jewellery manufacturing business, including purchases, sales, inventory/material-related transactions, production expenses, and other operational expenses.

- Ensure proper accounting and documentation of raw materials, finished goods, stock movement, and related financial transactions.

- Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, cash-flow reports, budgets, and other management reports as required.

- Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow,



working capital, and overall financial health of the company.

- Coordinate with internal teams such as Production, Purchase, Sales, Stores, HR, and Management wherever required for accounts and finance-related matters.

- Identify discrepancies, financial risks, or process gaps and take appropriate corrective actions.

- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper control over all financial and accounting records.

- Assist management with financial planning, cost control, budgeting, business analysis, and decision-making.

- Handle both day-to-day accounting requirements and strategic financial responsibilities, ensuring that all aspects of the Accounts & Finance function are properly managed.

- Manage and coordinate with external auditors, consultants, banks, government authorities, and other financial stakeholders whenever required.

- Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
