About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to work with IGV as a consultant and provide financial, taxation, accounting, and business advisory support.

The consultant will work closely with the management team to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, effective financial planning, and informed business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide accounting, taxation, and financial advisory support to the management.
- Review and oversee accounting records, books of accounts, and financial statements.
- Advise on GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Review tax filings, reconciliations, and compliance requirements.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and cash-flow management.
- Review monthly financial reports and highlight key financial insights.
- Assist management with cost analysis, profitability analysis, and financial decision-making.
- Advise on business transactions, contracts, investments, and financial structures where required.




- Coordinate with internal finance/accounting teams and external professionals.
- Review financial controls and identify potential gaps or risks.
- Support audits and provide necessary guidance/documentation.
- Keep management updated on relevant changes in taxation, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide ad-hoc financial and strategic advisory support as required.

Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Experience working with growing businesses, startups, e-commerce, or D2C companies will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently review financial matters and provide practical recommendations.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and professional integrity.
