Key Responsibilities

- Manage Statutory Audits and Tax Audits for all group entities, leading the responsibility alongside a team.

- Maintain proper shape and integrity of the books of accounts year-round.

- Handle Income Tax Return filing and related work for individual members of the directors' families and HUFs.

- Execute critical financial workings including depreciation calculations, deferred tax, MAT, Fixed Asset Register maintenance, and pre-operative expenses.

- Assess and monitor CSR compliance, Companies Act compliances, and track any accounting non-compliance or violations.

- Close Cost Audits in coordination with the Cost Auditor.

- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets for major group entities.

- Generate required MIS reports while staying updated on latest laws and the Companies Act.
