AltRx is seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead its financial reporting and accounting operations. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting a rapidly growing US healthcare business.

Key responsibilities:

- Own monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
- Establish and maintain effective financial controls, accounting policies and close processes.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and management reporting.
- Lead, develop and review the work of a team of junior accountants.
- Oversee reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash reporting.
- Partner with US leadership on financial analysis, audits and process improvements.
- Support the continued development of scalable accounting systems and processes.





Candidate profile:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant in India.
- 7–10 years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experience.
- Solid technical accounting, financial-control and team-management capabilities.
- Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with QuickBooks or another accounting platform is required.
- Prior experience supporting a US company is an advantage.
