We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage and oversee the company's financial, accounting, taxation, compliance and reporting functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong commercial understanding, analytical skills and the ability to work closely with management for financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall finance and accounting operations of the company.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate and manage internal and statutory audits.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, cash-flow statements and financial analysis.
- Monitor receivables, payables, working capital and cash flow.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance with applicable laws.
- Review accounting processes and implement appropriate internal controls.
- Analyse business performance, profitability and cost structures.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, tax authorities and other external stakeholders.
- Support management in financial planning, budgeting and business decisions.




- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, Companies Act and taxation regulations.
- Assist in improving financial systems, processes and controls.
- Handle any other finance-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Desired Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST and Financial Reporting.
- Good understanding of business finance and commercial operations.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good decision-making and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 6-10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Candidates with experience in services / corporate finance will be preferred.
- Should have a hands-on approach and strong commercial acumen.
- Experience in handling finance independently or managing a finance team will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
