Job opportunity for Chart Retrieval Agent role

This is an entry level position responsible for on outreach program which involves making an outbound call to request and obtain medical records from healthcare providers .

Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

- Contact healthcare provider offices to request copies of medical records
- Identify and coordinate the method for record retrieval with provider offices
- Maintain professional and frequent contact with provider offices throughout the record retrieval process
- Provide accurate and timely updates on the record retrieval status to Cotiviti clients
- Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual Performance Plan.
- Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- At least one (1)



year of relevant experience as a customer service associate in voice program (outbound/ collections or sales) preferably in US healthcare
- Bachelors degree is mandatory
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Access preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA regulations preferred
- Typing speed of 30 words per minute (wpm) with 90% accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and adaptive capacity for rapidly changing priorities and workloads.
- Ability to work well independently and maintain focus on a topic for prolonged periods of time.
- Comfortable in working with team members that are remote and located in the US, Philippines or other geographies.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

- Should be ready to work different shifts/ adaptable shifts, including night shift
- Should be ready to work on Saturday or 6th day as per business requirement
