Limited is looking for a CFD Simulation Engineer (Digital Twin) with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our engineering division in Bangalore.In this role, you will move beyond traditional steady-state analysis. You will build high-fidelity transient models, design complex Design of Experiments (DoE) to simulate asset failures, and utilize Reduced-Order Modeling (ROM) to deploy real-time virtual representations of industrial equipment. You will also write Python automation scripts to scale these workflows across high-performance computing (HPC) clusters.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Advanced Simulations: Perform high-fidelity transient CFD simulations to analyze fluid flow, heat transfer, and mass transfer across complex systems such as pumps, turbines, and heat exchangers.
- Dataset Generation: Execute Design of Experiments (DoE) to generate synthetic datasets representing both healthy and faulty operating conditions of engineering assets.
- Reduced-Order Modeling:



Develop and deploy Reduced-Order Models (ROMs) using projection-based techniques such as POD and DMD, as well as machine-learning-based methodologies using transient CFD data.
- Python Automation: Develop Python-based automation pipelines using tools such as PyAnsys / PyFOAM to automate mesh generation, solver execution, and post-processing.
- HPC Execution: Execute simulations and computational workflows on HPC clusters.
- Vibration & FSI Analysis: Analyze vibration and pressure pulsation data extracted from simulations to evaluate Fluid-Structure Interaction (FSI) and its impact on structural integrity.
- Verification & Validation: Perform Verification & Validation (V&V;) of computational models against experimental test data.
- System Integration: Support system-level integration and co-simulation by packaging validated computational models.
- Documentation & Collaboration: Prepare technical reports, presentations, and engineering documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to communicate findings and provide technical recommendations.

Pay: ₹270,949.33 - ₹800,000.00 per year
