Role Overview

- P&L; Ownership: Manage total financial performance, budgeting, and cash flow.
- Sales Strategy: Drive new car, pre-owned (used car), corporate fleet, and retail vehicle sales.
- OEM Relations: Build solid partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to meet brand standards.
- Operations Oversight: Coordinate showroom sales, field sales, marketing, and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

- Formulate long-term business plans to increase market share and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and build high-performing sales and operations teams.
- Engage with key stakeholders, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and corporate clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and dealership policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
