Job Title: Centre Manager

Location: Janakpuri, West Delhi

Eligibility: Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration, centre management, NGO operations, or institutional management with experience in team supervision and facility management.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Postgraduate preferred). Degree/Diploma in Administration, Social Work, Management, or related field is desirable.

Role Summary The Centre Manger will oversee the Centre's administration, operations, staff coordination, facility management, program implementation, record keeping, and stakeholder engagement to ensure safe, efficient, and disciplined functioning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Admission & Beneficiary Facilitation

· Facilitate admissions, guide applicants on eligibility and documentation, maintain admission records, and coordinate enrolment.

2. Reporting & Documentation

· Prepare periodic reports, maintain operational records, ensure timely reporting, and manage physical and digital documentation.

3. Inventory & Stock Management

· Maintain stock registers, monitor receipt and issue of materials, conduct physical verification, report shortages, and ensure optimum utilization of resources.

4. Centre Administration & Facility Management

· Manage housekeeping, security, sanitation, pantry, utilities, maintenance, and overall upkeep to ensure a safe, clean, and functional Centre.

5. Vendor Management

· Coordinate vendors, obtain quotations, monitor service delivery,



and verify bills for payment.

6. Staff Supervision & Administration

· Supervise support staff, monitor attendance and discipline, coordinate with HR, and promote a professional work environment.

7. Coordination of Meetings, Trainings & Workshops

· Organize logistics, venue arrangements, registrations, materials, and documentation for meetings, workshops, trainings, donor visits, and events.

8. Visitor & Donor Relations

· Welcome visitors and donors, conduct orientation sessions, provide Centre tours, and coordinate stakeholder visits.

9. Discipline, Safety & Centre Decorum

· Maintain discipline, safety, visitor management, compliance, and a child-friendly, inclusive environment.

10. Coordination with Program Teams

· Coordinate schedules, resource allocation, and administrative support for programme implementation.

11. Compliance

· Ensure compliance with organizational policies, child safeguarding standards, statutory requirements, and confidentiality.

12. Any Other Duties

· Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the management.

Skills Required

· Proficiency in MS Office, report writing, record keeping, inventory and office administration, strong communication in Hindi and English, and ability to interact professionally with donors, officials, volunteers, and community members.
