Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an education/EdTech center in Malad, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing center operations, driving student enrollments, leading the team, and ensuring an excellent experience for students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the education center.
- Drive student admissions, enrollments, and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute local marketing and promotional activities to increase center visibility.
- Handle inquiries from students and parents and convert leads into admissions.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and local communities.
- Manage, motivate, and monitor the performance of center staff.
- Track sales, admissions, targets, and operational performance.
- Ensure smooth coordination between academic, sales, and administrative teams.
- Monitor student and parent feedback and resolve concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records,



reports, and center documentation.
- Ensure the center maintains high standards of service, discipline, and professionalism.
- Identify opportunities for improving student acquisition and center performance.

Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in center management, education, EdTech, sales, business development, or operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales/admission targets.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven setting.
- Candidates with experience managing an education/coaching/EdTech center will be preferred.
