We are hiring an experienced Centre Manager to drive the overall business, operations, sales and training performance of our centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Centre P&L;, revenue, profitability and cost targets.
- Drive mobilization, enrolments, placements and training outcomes.
- Manage day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead and manage Trainers, Sales Officer and Counsellor.
- Drive local marketing, business development and institutional tie-ups.
- Monitor training quality, trainer performance and student outcomes.
- Build partnerships with colleges, schools, employers and other stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Sales / Operations / Centre Management.
- Prior experience managing a profit centre / branch / centre preferred.
- Experience in Education, Training, Recruitment or IT/Software industry preferred.
- Robust people management, sales, business development and stakeholder management skills.
