The you provided is for an Education Sales Manager.

The primary responsibilities of this role are to:

- Grow franchise sales and achieve business targets.
- Expand the market for the franchise.
- Help franchisees achieve their admission targets.
- Generate leads.
- Connect with colleges and tutorials.
- Monitor lead nurturing.
- Execute ATL and BTL activities.
- Execute LAM activities.
- Manage digital lead nurturing.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the Education Sales Manager may also be involved in other aspects of the business, such as:

- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Training and coaching sales representatives.




- Managing the sales pipeline.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers.
- Analyzing sales data and trends.
- Reporting on sales performance.

The states that a Bachelor of Commerce or Master of Commerce degree is required, and that 3 to 5 years of experience in education sales is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales, as well as experience in managing and developing teams. Here are some specific examples of tasks that an Education Sales Manager might perform:

- Meet with potential franchisees to discuss the business opportunity and answer their questions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on the franchise opportunity to potential investors and franchisees.
- Provide support and guidance to franchisees on sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement lead generation campaigns.
- Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
- Close sales with potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, such as college and tutorial administrators.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Report on sales performance to senior management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
