Location : Tirupati

Experience : 1–3 years of experience in CCTV monitoring/security operations preferred.

Experience in industrial plants, hospitals, residential townships, commercial establishments, warehouses or large facilities will be an advantage.

Job Purpose To monitor CCTV surveillance systems continuously and proactively identify, record, report, and escalate any suspicious activities, security incidents, safety violations, unauthorized access, or other abnormal situations to ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, assets, and premises.

Key Responsibilities

- Continuously monitor CCTV cameras covering entry/exit gates, production areas, parking areas, stores, common areas, perimeter, corridors and other critical locations.
- Monitor live camera feeds and identify suspicious, unusual, or unauthorized activities.
- Ensure cameras are functioning properly and report any camera failure, blind spots, poor visibility, or technical issues immediately.
- Maintain constant vigilance during shifts, particularly during critical hours and high-risk activities.
- Immediately inform the Security Supervisor / Security Officer about any suspicious activity, theft, unauthorized entry, accident, fire, altercation, safety violation, or other security incident.
- Closely monitor incidents until the concerned security personnel reach the location.




- Prepare incident reports with accurate date, time, location, camera number and description of the incident.
- Escalate critical incidents immediately as per the organization's escalation matrix.
- Retrieve and review recorded footage whenever required for investigation.
- Preserve relevant footage relating to accidents, thefts, misconduct, security incidents, or management investigations.
- Maintain proper records of footage requested, reviewed, copied, or shared.
- Ensure CCTV recordings are not deleted, altered, copied, or shared without authorization.
- Maintain confidentiality of surveillance footage and related information.
- Monitor movement of employees, visitors, contractors, vehicles and materials through designated areas.
- Identify unauthorized access, tailgating, suspicious movement, or unusual gathering.
- Monitor critical areas such as stores, cash-handling areas, restricted zones, server rooms, material yards, gates and parking areas.
- Coordinate with Security Guards, Security Supervisors, safety and other departments during incidents.
- Provide CCTV footage and relevant information to authorized personnel during investigations.
- Support security teams during emergency situations such as fire, accidents, medical emergencies and evacuation.
