Primary Skills:

1. Strong experience in Indirect Procurement, including manpower/HR services and vendor contracts (e.g., Naukri.com and similar service providers). Candidate should be able to manage the complete procurement cycle and evaluate vendors across the manpower/services category.

2. Should have experience in new premises/facility setup and related procurement activities.

3. Logistics procurement experience is mandatory.

4. Hands-on experience with ERP tools is mandatory; SAP and Oracle preferred.

5. Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills.

6. Candidates from the manufacturing industry only; service-industry candidates are not preferred.

- Expertise in categories such as Real Estate & Facilities, HR Services, Administration, and Logistics.

- Prior experience in engineering, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure industries.

- Strong vendor negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Proven track record of driving and executing cost-saving initiatives.
