Job Title: Catalogue Specialist
Location: Mumbai (In office) - Kurla - Kanakia

Role Summary The Catalogue Executive will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling a high-quality product catalogue across multiple categories and platforms. This role demands deep hands-on experience with large SKU volumes, strong process discipline, and an eye for precision.
If you’ve managed catalogues that run into thousands of SKUs and understand how bad data kills good brands, this role is for you.
Core Responsibilities
Catalogue Ownership
Create, manage, and maintain end-to-end product catalogues for assigned categories
Ensure accuracy of product data including titles, attributes, pricing, variants, and taxonomy
Execute bulk uploads, edits, and updates without compromising data integrity
Maintain consistency across brand, category, and marketplace structures
Platform & Tool Management
Manage catalogue workflows on Vinculum, Shopify, and third-party marketplace listing tools.
Align internal catalogue structure with marketplace-specific requirements.
Handle QC and listing readiness for VRO Marketplace.
Troubleshoot catalogue errors and resolve platform and seller-level issues independently.
Quality Control & Governance
Conduct regular audits to eliminate errors, duplication, and misclassification
Ensure catalogue meets VRO’s presentation and compliance standards
Coordinate with brands and internal teams to close data gaps quickly
Maintain clean, reliable data for analytics, merchandising, and campaigns
Scale & Process Excellence
Manage high-volume SKU environments efficiently
Improve SOPs, templates, and workflows for faster turnaround
Support category launches, brand onboarding, and campaign readiness
Contribute to catalogue migration, restructuring, and platform scaling
Educational Qualification
Graduate / Post-Graduate from an institute of repute
Experience
4–5 years of hands-on catalogue management experience
Proven track record of managing large-scale catalogues on marketplaces or D2C platforms
Prior exposure to fashion, grooming, lifestyle, or consumer categories preferred
Mandatory Skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail with a zero-error mindset
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Comfortable working under deadlines in high-volume environments
Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience in marketplace listing (using Vinculum or other lister tools)
Working knowledge of Shopify backend and catalogue operations
Experience managing marketplace listings across multiple platforms
Understanding of attribute mapping, taxonomy logic, and SKU governance
