- As an Academic Counselor at Career Switch, you will interact with students and working professionals, understand their career goals, and guide them toward suitable programs in:

- This is a Career Counseling and Consultative Sales role that offers an prospect to make a meaningful impact on learners’ careers while building your own professional growth.
- Key Responsibilities
- •
- Connect with prospective students and working professionals through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- •
- Understand their educational background, career goals, and professional aspirations.
- •
- Conduct personalized career counseling sessions.
- •
- Recommend suitable programs based on learner requirements.
- •
- Explain program curriculum, career opportunities, placement support, fees, and payment options.
- •
- Address queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
- •
- Follow up with qualified prospects and drive admissions.
- •
- Achieve monthly admission, conversion, and revenue targets.
- •




- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- •
- Build strong relationships with learners throughout their enrollment journey.
- •
- Collaborate with Training, Operations, Marketing, and Placement teams.
