Job Title: Career Development Officer (CDO) / Career Development Executive (CDE)

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented sales professionals to join our Career Development team. The role involves counseling prospective learners, understanding their career aspirations, recommending suitable educational programs, and driving admissions through consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals regarding educational programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual counseling sessions.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain and update CRM records.
- Achieve assigned sales and admission targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth candidate onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of hardcore sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven workplace.
- HSC/Graduate/Postgraduate candidates can apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred OR Short notice period are preferred.
