## Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and career-oriented Career Counsellor to guide students and professionals in choosing the right learning path based on their education, interests, and career goals. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, capable of building trust, explaining technical courses in simple language, and helping prospective students make informed career decisions.

## Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding career opportunities in AI, Software Development, Data Science, and emerging technologies.
- Understand the student's educational background, interests, and career aspirations to recommend suitable courses.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions through walk-ins, phone calls, video meetings, and online platforms.
- Explain course curriculum, learning outcomes, certifications, projects, internship opportunities, placement support, and career pathways.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM until admission.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, counselling sessions, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the admissions, marketing, and training teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.




- Conduct career guidance seminars, workshops, webinars, and counselling events.
- Meet monthly counselling and admission targets while maintaining a student-first approach.
- Stay updated on industry trends, AI technologies, job roles, salary trends, and skill requirements to provide accurate career guidance.
- Build long-term relationships with students and parents by providing honest and transparent counselling.

## Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.E., B.Tech., B.Sc., BCA, B.Com., BBA, BA, or equivalent).
- Master's degree is an added advantage.

## Experience

- 1–5 years of experience in Education Counselling, Academic Counselling, Admissions, Student Advisory, Sales Counselling, or Career Guidance.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong learning attitude may also apply.

- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical students.

Basic understanding of

- Computers and Operating Systems
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Programming fundamentals (preferred)
- Emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Automation (preferred)

Training will be provided for institute-specific courses.
