NexElevate Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic and career-focused individuals to join our team as Career Branding & Job Search Specialists.

The role involves helping clients build a strong professional presence, improve their resumes and LinkedIn profiles, and identify and apply for relevant job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and optimize ATS-friendly resumes
- Analyze JDs and identify relevant keywords and skills
- Optimize LinkedIn Headline, About, Experience and Skills
- Improve clients' professional positioning and LinkedIn visibility
- Search for relevant jobs on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and company career portals
- Apply to suitable job opportunities on behalf of clients
- Maintain job application trackers and provide regular updates
- Conduct career and job-market research




- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve career-service deliverables

Required Skills:

- Good written and verbal English communication
- Basic understanding of resumes and LinkedIn
- Positive internet and research skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to analyze job descriptions and keywords
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn career branding and job-search techniques
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT
