- Customer Engagement: Greet showroom visitors, assess their transport needs, and recommend suitable current or used vehicles.
- Product Demonstrations: Explain car features, specifications, safety ratings, and warranties, and conduct test drives.
- Negotiation & Pricing: Discuss pricing, trade-in values for old vehicles, and financing or leasing options with buyers.
- Sales Documentation: Complete purchase orders, verify basic credit applications, and process sales contracts.
- Relationship Management: Follow up with past clients to encourage repeat business, referrals, and high satisfaction scores
